Do you exercise? Regularly? I did before it got cold. I used to do 10-15 minutes four times a week through an app on my phone and I enjoyed it. I didn’t have to drive to a gym and I could exercise whenever I wanted which was after i dropped my kids off to school. I was also doing a yoga class for 90 minutes. The yoga teacher stopped the classes and then winter came. And I stopped both activities. A few weeks ago I started Yin yoga which is very new to me but I love it!

And today I got new sneakers because the minute it starts to warm up I’m back to my home exercise…
