Some people like to add sugar or fruit juice to make their Kombucha fizzy but I tend to add only fruit (frozen or fresh), herbs (dry or fresh) and spices. It’s very much up to the person and their personal preference. I don’t have a lot of sugar so I like my Kombucha on the sour side.
